WM Building Services were proud to deliver the full MEP design and build services for the East of England Ambulance Hub on behalf of the NHS Trust to BREEAM Excellent standard.

This design & build project encompassed the design, coordination, and installation of a comprehensive range of building services systems to support the operational and functional requirements of the facility. Mechanical installations included advanced mechanical ventilation systems, VRV heating and cooling systems, and radiant heating, alongside full public health services and an integrated building management system to ensure efficient control and performance across the building.

Electrical services incorporated power distribution, internal and external lighting systems, life safety systems, EV charging infrastructure, CCTV, and access control systems, providing a safe, secure, and future-ready environment for staff and operations.
