    Lee Sutton

    Managing Director

    Lee joined WMBS as a Director in 2002 and progressed through the business to become Managing Director. As the Managing Director Lee is responsible for creating and managing WMBS, strategy, growth and vision and oversees the general day to day running of the business whilst remaining hands on with projects. Lee has an infectious work ethic and his passion for quality building services installations proliferates throughout the business. In his spare time Lee likes to watch Leicester City Football Club, spend time with his family and enjoys a spot of fishing.

  • Robert Foster

    Robert Foster

    Operations Director

    Rob has over 40 years’ experience within the M&E industry, he started his career as an approved electrician and has several years of experience in the Contracts and Estimating departments of various companies, leading to his present position as Operations Director. Rob Joined WM Building Services Ltd in 2010, and as Operations Director he has responsibility for overseeing projects from the pre - construction stage through to the end of defects liability period. Rob has a flexible yet methodical approach to the management of M&E construction projects maintaining attention to detail at all stages of the project. Rob likes to spend his free time with his family, watching live sport and the odd clay pigeon shoot.

    Operations Manager

    Jack started his career in Building Services as a pipe fitters mate and worked on a wide variety of sectors including retail/fitout, high end residential and education. In 2015 Jack joined WMBS as a Mechanical Project Manager and mainly worked on large distribution projects in January 2021 Jack undertook the role of Operations Manager and is responsible for the process, quality standards and resourcing of projects. In his free time, Jack enjoys skiing, cooking and Brazilian Jiu - Jitsu.

    Business Development Manager

    Stuart has been with WMBS since 2012 and has nearly half a century of industry experience. Stuart’s role as BDM means he is the first point of contact for new enquires and coordinates the estimating team. In his free time Stuart enjoys being with his family, watching Rugby, Football and the odd round of Golf.

    Mechanical Estimator

    Andy started his career in Building Services at the age of 17 as a pipe fitting apprentice he then went on to gain his HNC in Building S ervices. Andy originally joined WMBS in 2014 as a Mechanical Project Manager and made the move into our estimating department in 2016. In his spare time Andy is an assistant coach for his son's football team and enjoys fishing, boxing and pilates.

    Neil started as an Electrician and has over 25 years of experience in electrical engineering Neil joined WMBS in 2012.

    Electrical Project Manager

    Adam served a electrical apprenticeship within an M&E company. He brings 10 years experience as a Project Supervisor/Manager. Adam has experience on various types of projects; retail, industrial CATB installs, high end office fit-out. Joined WMBS 2021. Enjoys watching and playing football, Formula 1, Skiing, cooking and spending quality time with family and friends.

    Mechanical Project Manager

    Ben Hewitt has been part of WMBS since 2016 and specialises in multi - room and residential projects when he's not climbing the stairs on one of our 35 floor projects. Ben enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

  • Marcus Pinkney

    Marcus Pinkney

    Mechanical Design Engineer

    Marcus started his career in building services in the Royal Engineers where he was deployed on operational tours. Marcus joined WMBS in 2020 and is part of the design department. Marcus is responsible for putting together designs and coordinating with the CAD departments to provide comprehensive design packages for construction. In his spare time, Marcus enjoys playing the guitar, fitness and watching professional wrestling.

    Mechanical Design Engineer

    James joined WMBS in 2018 as a Mechanical Design Engineer and mainly covers our residential mechanical design, James brings with him a wealth of experience in thermal modeling and the build environment, studying both of these at University. James is an avid fan of Leicester City FC and motorbikes.

    Josh joined WMBS in 2020 as Mechanical Design Engineer, Josh has a first class honours degree in Building Services Engineering. At WMBS Josh specialises in our industrial commercial design sector providing comprehensive design packages for the operations team. In his spare time Josh likes playing football, keeping fit and cycling.

    Helen has been with WMBS since 2022, Helen works within the electrical design department and produces electrical design and drawings both Revit and CAD. In her spare time, Helen enjoys baking, cake decorating, Tennis and spending time with family.

    Juian has been with WMBS since 2016 and is part of our design team. Julian uses REVIT and CAD to produce construction drawings . In his spare time Julian’s passion outside of work is watching Leicester City Football, Karate and countryside walking.

    Carol joined WMBS in 2014 and has over 20 years’ experience in CAD and draughting . Carol is our go to for BIM and Revit within the business . In her spare time Carol enjoys walking, reading, travel and spending time with family.

    Gina has been at WMBS since 2006 and manages our accounts department and is responsible for incoming and outgoing transactions. In her spare time Gina likes riding horses and fine dining.

    Hayley is our accounts assistant at WMBS, she has over 35 years of experience in accounting 24 of these years being in the building services industry. In her spare time Hayley enjoys going to the theatre and knitting and many other crafting activities.

    Michelle started her working career with WMBS and has been with us since 2005. Michelle’s role is to produce O&Ms, general admin duties and support the project team. In her spare time Michelle enjoys watching films, singing and poetry.

    Glenn joined WMBS in 2015 as Office Manager and progressed to managing WM Maintain in 2017 and is responsible for quoting new maintenance contracts, procurement, labour and planned maintenance schedules. In his spare time, Glenn enjoys watching sports.
